The Benefits that Kettlebell Exercises Would Have on Superheros

Superheroes need to be in shape at all times, out of shape superheroes are of no use to anyone. They need to be ready to protect at any time because you never know when the criminals are going to attack. To be ready a superhero needs to be in the best shape possible because you never know when they might be called into protect. To stay in shape superheroes need to have a workout which is effective and short to fit their calendar. Kettlebell workouts are a great option for anyone looking for a short and effective workout, especially for superheroes. The workouts can be as easy or as hard as the individual wants to make them so they are perfect for any regular person or superheroes.

1. Green Lantern - Clearly Hal Jordan is in fantastic physical shape already. Being a pilot for the US Air Force indicates that you are already in excellent physical condition. But Jordan is somewhat of an egoist, and likes to look good more than he likes to take the effort to look good. Kettlebell workouts would help him shave hours off of his workout schedule.

2. Superman - Why would the Man of Steel want to partake in kettlebell training? It's not as if he requires it, as he already has superhuman strength. But his alter ego, Clark Kent, being somewhat bookish and bumbling, could use kettlebell workouts as a cover for why he is so well built. After all, maintaining an alter ego is vital to any super hero's daily life.

3. Cyclops - As one of the leaders of the X-Men, Cyclops is frequently called up to use his optic blast to demolish things in his way. If he were so inclined, he could have an associate hurl smaller kettlebells at him at rapid speeds, so that he could get practice destroying them. Clearly, he would want to avoid getting struck so having several colleagues throw them from all sides would be good motivation to not miss.

Kettlebell workouts are flexible and are designed to fit any individuals. From the average person to any superhero looking to stay in shape. The individual working out can make them as easy or as hard as they like to fit their necessity. Kettlebell workouts are a great tool to stay in shape for any one with any time frame because of their flexibility.
