As you prepare for your trip, you must bring along a first aid book and kit. You must also observe proper clothing to avoid anything that may cause you harm. Be prepared physically by maintaining a balance diet and exercising daily to avoid getting sick.

As you arrive in the area, you must keep the things that you learned from your short medical class. In case an accident occurs, you need to be responsible enough to handle the situation. To do this, you must remain calm at all times. If you are the victim, then you must calm yourself as much as you can.

However, if another person experiences the accident, you have to lie him down and keep him warm. It is not good to move the person who is injured without knowing the severity of the injury.
