Five minute yoga is a concept that has taken off very well and many people have seen the advantages of this. Not many people have time to go out for a jog before work, but this is the type of thing that you can easily fit in your day. In fact you can do it at any point in time. You don't have to go to the gym or be especially prepared for these types of workouts.

Since it does not take long, it is worth your while planning to do a couple of these sessions and you could do this in between events that you have planned. However, it is important that you don't do too much in the beginning because you won't be able to do your yoga the next day. It is better to start out slow.
